WBGT - AUTO HEAT STRESS MONITORING SYSTEM

WBGT – Auto Heat Stress Monitoring System measures air temperature, wind speed, humidity, and radiation heat using high-precision sensors. It features self-wetting and dry-bulb temperature sensors, along with 50mm and 150mm black sphere technologies, meeting ISO and national standards. The system supports continuous online measurement without water shortages and includes built-in humidity sensors. It allows real-time monitoring and data export for up to three months, providing live, daily, weekly, and monthly reports. The split design allows easy sensor replacement. It features a humidity sensor, backlit LCD, waterproof body, three sensor channels, and supports 50mm/150mm black spheres. Includes a bilingual menu and auto calibration. Available in T2011 (water) and T2013 (no-water) models.
REAL-TIME DATA MONITORING AND REPORTING SYSTEM
The WBGT Advanced Heat Stress Monitoring System provides real-time monitoring of WBGT, temperature, humidity, and radiant heat to ensure workplace safety and compliance. It continuously tracks heat stress levels and triggers alerts when thresholds are exceeded, helping to implement preventive measures. The system automatically logs data, storing WBGT readings and alerts for up to three months for compliance and analysis. It also generates daily, weekly, and monthly reports, offering insights into heat stress trends and workplace safety. Users can securely access historical data online for performance evaluation and compliance checks. This automated system enhances safety, reduces manual intervention, and ensures regulatory adherence in high-temperature work environments

DATA RETRIEVAL AND ACCESSIBILITY -DAILY ,WEEKLY AND MONTHLY REPORT
Historical records can be accessed for up to three months for compliance audits and performance evaluations, with data available via a secure online platform for review and reporting. The system ensures adherence to workplace safety regulations for heat stress management while reducing manual intervention, enabling proactive prevention measures. Daily reports summarize WBGT fluctuations and alert activations, while weekly reports provide a comparative analysis of workplace heat stress trends. Monthly reports offer detailed insights into compliance, worker safety, and overall system performance
